Emergency Preparedness Plan does not include the following information: 1)c) what the provider would do if she has an emergency and children may be left unsupervised 2)a) for evacuations: - (iv) how the early learning provider will evacuate children, especially those who cannot walk independently; - (vi) what to take when evacuating children, including: A) first aid kit B) copies of emergency contact information C) child medication records and D) children medication, if applicable - (vii) how the provider will maintain the required staff to child ratio and account for all children 2)b) for earthquakes: - (ii) how provider will account for all children - (iii) how provider will coordinate with local or state officials to determine if the licensed space is safe for children after an earthquake 2)c) for lockdowns: - (ii) where children will safety stay inside the early learning program 2)d) for all emergencies: How parents or guardians will be contacted after the emergency ends
