Observation

0165 (2d) Licensor observed diaper plastic bags and grocery bags were accessible to children. (immediate corrections made: removal of plastic bags). 0165 (3d) Licensor observed laundry equipment did not have child proof locks. 0165 (3e) Licensor observed toys were scattered through out the floor causing a tripping hazard in the event of an emergency.
