Observation

It was observed that an infant was sleeping in a pack and play with a bib around their neck, a small stuffed animal next to them, and a blanket folded in the corner of the pack and play. The provider was working alone at the start of the visit and went into the play room with the older children and was out of visual range of the infant. These concerns were corrected during the visit. Two other cribs had a fabric holder tied to the crib rail. One crib was occupied by an infant.
