-0165 (3) (a) There was a utility knife in the outdoor area. -0165 (3) (e) There are tripping hazards outdoors, which include the water hose and the unassembled gazebo parts scattered througout one side of the yard. -0165 (3) (f) There is a large gazebo post leaning on fence and it is a tipping hazard; it poses a risk of falling.
