During onsite inspection, Licensor observed upon arriving and departing the childcare the front door emergency exit door locked with a deadbolt, requiring special knowledge to unlock. (3)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the emergency exit window locked with a wooden dowel, the window locking mechanism, and once unlocked the window was difficult to open due to being stuck.
