Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed a drawer in the smaller toddler room that was unlocked and had wood glue and a hot glue gun that was accessible to children. This licensor also observed Preschool 1 room there was bleech and cleaning products in the cabinets above the toilets in the bathrooms that were unlocked and accessible to children. This licensor observed Preschool 2 room to have lysol wipes and staff purses that were accessilbe to children and this one was fixed during the visit. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b) During the onste monitor visit this licensor observed a storage room in the preschool 1 room that was unlocked and accessible to children. This licensor also observed a teachers room door that is in the preschool 2 room that was accessible to children. Both of these items were fixed during the visit.
