Observation

Stairway in the indoor licensed space has a safety gate at the bottom of the stairs but is not secure and leaves possibilty of children having access. Outlet near the sink in the bathroom is tamper-resistant but does not have the ground fault ciricuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet type.
