Observation

Observed lack of techniques, instructions, and attentiveness from staff to children when children were emotional and needing adult guidance. An example was that a child was still on the playground structure struggling to leave but the teacher has already led the rest of the group to the classroom. Staff training and coaching are needed. Please review WAC 110-300-0320, 0325, and 0330 with all staff.
