-0165 (2)(c) En la sala, tenia una bolsita de ziplock con piezas pequenas, tipo confetti y estaba accesible y es un riesgodo de asfixia. / In the livingroom was a small ziplock bag with tiny confetti type pieces and that was accessible; that is a choking hazard. -0165 (2)(c)En el cuarto aprovado esta el televisor con un cable electrico largo que no esta aseguraro y forma un lazo. / In the approved room is a television and it has a long electric cable that forms a loop; it is not secured. -0165 (2) (f)No tiene en el vidrio de la puerta recorrediza que esta en las segunda salida, stickers o arte de los ninos a nivel de ninos pequenos. / There are no stickers or artwork at childrens eye level on the sliding door by the second exit. -0165 (3)(a) En la sala se encontraba cinta, y tiene adjunta una navaja filosa. En la cocina estaba un cuchillo sin asegurar. / In the living room was duct tape on a cubbie that a sharp blade. In the kitchen was a knive that was not secured.
