Licensor observed outlet plugs that are smaller than one and three quarter inches in licensed space accessible to children. Provider removed plugs immediately. Licensor observed non-latex gloves on bathroom sink accessible to children. Licensor also observed diaper changing mat to have plastic wrapping around it in bathroom space accessible to children. Licensor observed refrigerator and freezer in licensed space without a lock accessible to chidren.
