Observation

Emergency exit gate was observed not latching when released from licensor's hand. String must be tighten as it does not close fast enough to latch. Licensor observed two emergency exits pathways to lead to the same emergency exit door. located in front of the daycare door. Licensor did not observe any shades or umbrellas provided by trees. Licensor observed the outdoor fence to be left open not deterring people from entering the premises.
