0165(2)(g) - Licensor observed a bedroom to have cribs positioned under the windows. Licensor provided TA to rearraning room so cribs are not under the windows. 0165(3)(a) - Licensor observed large (low to ground) deck in outdoor area that has chipping paint, some broken boards, and splintered edges. 0165(3)(f) - Licensor observed large "tree" shaped bookshelf to not be anchored to the wall and is a risk of falling/tipping. 0165(4)(e) - Licensor observed bathroom water temperature to measure at 125 degrees F. 0165(5)(a) - Licensor observed outlets in main childcare area to be GFCI and NOT tamper resistant.
