WAC 110-300-0165(4)(e): Water temperature in licensed bathroom is 127.5 degrees, checked by licensor WAC 110-300-0165(5)(c): Exposed electrical wires in the licensed outoor space, hooked to the side of the home. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(g): Broken tent in the outdoor licensed space has metal peices loose and rust accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): TV and cable cords are not secure in the indoor licensed space, tangled and accessible to children.
