Observation

Two emergency exit doors were locked, both the sliding door and pivoting door were locked as licensor walked through the emergency exit pathway to the outdoor licensed space. This violation was corrected on site. Licensor gave TA to provider, emergency exit doors are to remain unlocked during operational hours.
