Observation

Licensor observed a small cube climber (plateform height less than 48") with slide to be placed on hard ground covered wtih astro-turf. The climber was not located on the playground wood chips. Licensor observed Owner/Director to move climber on to ground cover surfacing with the playground wood chips while licensor was on-site.
