Cubbies in living room space were observed to not be secured. Plants in outdoor space were observed to have some pointy, sharp leaves. Laundry room with washer and dryer was observed to not be locked and accessible to children. Outlet in living room space was observed to not be tamper-resistant. Outlet next to bathroom sink was observed to not be GFCI or tamper-resistant.
