Loose cords in living room area that are leading to the desk located in the corner were observed to be accessible to children. A black plastic bad is located hanging outside near the door in outdoor space. Water temperature was observed at 127 degrees Fahrenheit. One outlet in dining room area located near children's table was observed not tamper-resistant.
