Observation

Window coverings were observed to pose a suffocation hazard at the time of inspection. Stickers or art work was not observed on the glass door at the time of inspection. Uneven groundings were observed in the outdoor area that posed a tripping hazard at the time of inspection / Gardening hose was observed to be laying on the ground in the outdoor area that posed a tripping hazard at the time of inspection. Some of the outdoor toys were observed to be in poor condition at the time of inspection. Water temperature was measured at 126 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection.
