Observation

A TV cord / a battery charger cord were observed in the living room area that were accessible to children at the time of inspection / Two sets of charging cords were observed in the "Hang out room" that were accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). A sharp knife was observed inside a kitchen drawer that was accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). Chipped paints were observed on multiple walls in the licensed area at the time of inspection. There was insufficient amount of illumuniation/lighting inside the living room area at the time of inspection. The water temperature was measured at 132.6 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection.
