0165(2)(a) There was a science kit with small parts including balloons on an accessible shelf; the caps on the plastic sensory bottles were not glued on. 0165(2)(c) The cord on the air purifier needs to be secured so that it cannot form a loop around a child's neck (or remove the air purifier). 0165(3)(f) The tall coat rack/bench in the entry way is not secured to the wall; the four smaller barrells outside in the yard that have tall posts need to either be removed or have additional rocks added to weigh them down and prevent tipping.
