Observation

Child file reviewed stated the child has asthma and noted albuterol and Zyrtec.There was no medications on site. the paperwork was from more than a year ago and was noted that the child had asthma but there were no additional documents. According to the provider the parents did not provide meds. Children had sunscreen unlabeled in cubby areas under a diaper changing table accessible to children. There was sunscreen observed and no paperwork for the sunscreen.
