2)c) There was a long string on a toy that was capable of forming a loop around a child's neck in the upstairs play area. Licensee removed the toy. 2)d) There were several plastic bags in a drawer at child level in the dining area. The licensee removed the plastic bags today. 4)e) The water temperature in the children's handwashing sink in the restroom was too hot at 129 degrees.
