110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee had several plastic bags hanging from the front door and a plastic diaper bag in a cubie, all bags were accessible to the children at the time of this visit. 110-300-0165(3)(f) Licensee had a tv in the living room that was not anchored or secured posing a risk of tipping or falling on a child. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee had chipping paint in children cubbies, and in the window ceils in the living room and on a door jamb accessible to the children.
