Observation

At the time of onsite inspection, there was a homemade swing structure that did not have CPSC appropriate spacing around the structure, or CPSC approved fall zone materials. At the time of onsite inspection, there was a trampoline that was rusted and disrepair in the licensed outdoor space and accessible to enrolled children.
