Observation

2)c) There is a cord hanging from a vent in the wall in the playroom that is long enough to be in reach of a children and could pose a hazard of strangulation. 2)c) There is a cord on the outside of the house in the outdoor play area that needs to be better secured or blocked. 3)a) There are long bolts protruding from the base of the toilet in the bathroom that need to be covered. 3)b) There is a baseboard heater in the bathroom that is low on the wall and would be accessible to children in care. The heater gets hot enough to seriously burn/injure a child. 3)f) There are shelves and cubbies in the playroom that have not been anchored to prevent tipping. 5)f) There was an extension cord in use out in back of the house, it led to a boat parked behind the house.
