1)a)b) There is one staff person who has been working in the child care but has not registered as an employee of the facility in MERIT. The licensee said the staff person is planning to fill in as a substitute through the substitute bank, but MERIT indicates they do not meet requirements as a substitute. 3)a)b)c) The staff file for one staff person does not include a copy of their photo ID, emergency contact information, or completed employment application or resume.
