Observation

1) There were several hazards present in the licensed outdoor program space that indicates the provider did not visually inspect the space daily to ensure the outdoor areas and equipment are free of hazards. 11) The self-closing and self-latching mechanisms on the front exit gate are not functioning properly and the gate is getting stuck in the open position. The latch is not latching properly when the gate is shut.
