Observation

Two pairs of large scissors were observed inside the kitchen drawers that were accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). The water temperature was measured at 123.6 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. An outlet in each of the licensed room was observed to be non-tamper resistant and were not covered by a blank plate at the time of inspection.
