2)f) There is no artwork or stickers (or something similar) at child's eye level on the sliding glass door to prevent children from walking into the glass. 3)a) There are some sharp screws sticking out of the back of two homemade wooden play kitchen type structures in the outdoor play area. 3)f) There is a tall shelf and a tall play refrigerator in the playroom that are not anchored to prevent tipping and falling.
