0165(2)(b) in the kitchen next to the sink - a window blind was accessible and it poor condition. 0165(2)(c) in the kitchen - multiple appliances cords were accessible to child care children. 0165(2)(d) in the kitchen and outdoor space - plastic bags were accessible. 0165(2)(g) the playpen was placed infront of the window. 0165(3)(a) wooden handrail has splinters. 0165(3)(f) 2 toyshelves needs to be secure to the wall. In the outdoor the following items need to be secured: stacking stairs and canopy is not secure. 0165(3)(g) in the outdoor a rusted metal fence was accessible to children. 0165(4)(g) siding glass door exit has a small deck that has a drop zone of 21 inches and needs a handrail in both sides the gaps need to be less than 3.5 inches and height of the handrail needs to be lower than 38 inches at least on one side.
