Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit the bedroom on the left down the hallway had a storage cabinet with a partial glass door that has items stored inside that say keep out of reach of children to include hairspray, peroxide, witch hazel, doramectin, and bags of baking soda (open and unopened).
