1g) Provider Georgina transfered sleeping 9 month old infant from swing to pack n' play and Provider covered sleeping child with a blanket. 1h) Provider Georgina took blanket off sleeping child after being told it was a safe sleep violation and then draped it over the pack n' play the infant was sleeping in.
