0165(2)(c) At the time of the inspection, there were several electrical wires hanging down above a shelf in preschool room. Some were used for charging, and two wires were hanging more than 30 inches long, creating a loop hazard. 0165(2)(d) At the time of the inspection, there was an open Costco garbage box on the floor near the art supply cleaning sink, containing two full rolls of garbage bags. The box was accessible to children and posed a potential choking hazard. 0165(3)(a) At the time of the inspection, there was a cutting knife on the kitchen counter, 35 inches high, and the kitchen door was not latched. This posed a potential hazard for children walking by or entering the kitchen. 0165(5)(e) At the time of the inspection, there was a power strip without surge protection located on the back wall of the toddler room, near the diaper changing area.
