Observation

2)a) There were some toys and art materials smaller than 1 3/4" accessible to children under 3 years of age. There are also games with small parts stored on the lower shelves where the toddlers can access them. 2)c) There was a USB cable plugged in to an outlet in the living room, which was accessible to children. 2)d) Plastic bags were accessible to children. There were some plastic bags used to store toys/games on the shelves in the playroom. There were plastic bags in the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom, which only has the push-type latches to prevent access. These types of latches are easy for a young child to open. 3)d) A retaining wall around the corner of the outdoor play area has created a gap between the fence and the wall. A child could fall into this gap and be injured and/or trapped in there. 3)f) The tall shelves and cubbies were moved recently and haven't yet been anchored to the walls to prevent tipping.
