8) There are a couple broken boards in the fence along the side of the outdoor play area, and the older fence panel moves when it is pushed, forming a gap between the new fence and the old fence. 11) The emergency exit gate has a spring to pull it closed, but it appears to be in need of adjustment as it is not closing by itself unless it is opened very wide.
