2)c) There was one cord that was not secured over by a speaker in the corner of the family room. The cord was accessible to children and long enough to be capable of forming a loop. 3)f) Two tall shelves in the play room were not anchored to prevent tipping. They had previously been anchored, but the screws had come loose from the wall.
