The downstairs licensed bathroom had a hook and eye lock on the inside of the door about about five feet from the floor. If an older child locked it while inside the bathroom, the provider wouldn't have a way to unlock this from the other side. Licensee Lowell removed the lock and threw away the hook durig today's visit.
