1a) cleaners were seen stored under the kitchen sink, accessible. The cabinet door was not locked. Provider struggled to get the latch to engage. A bottle of dreft and cream were stored on the counter in the bathroom accessible to children. Licensor moved the items to the closet, top shelf. Hand sanitizer was also seen accessible to children. 5) a mop and bucket were stored outside, accessible to children.
