2c) Many cords were observed dangling from the fire place mantle, accessible to children. 3g) Outside there were several toys observed to be broken or have cracks in the plastic to include a playhouse, basketball hoop, and riders. Inside there was a plastic shelf broken, exposing a sharp edge.
