Observation

Not all staff onsite at time of visit had observable training documentation. The Director reports that two staff members( A.N. and J. B.) are substitutes the day due to staff call outs. Provider reports she will send over items for licensor to review. Staff qualifications and MERIT are not up to date for staff member A.D and S.P. Staff member A.N. does not have initial training or DCYF required Health and Safety trianings.
