2)c) There was a loose cord plugged into the television in the living room that was accessible to children. 2)c) The cord for the electric water bowl for the family dog was accessible to children. 5)g) There was an electric water bowl with water in it for the family dog on the back patio. It was plugged into the outlet on the back of the house in the licensed outdoor space, accessible to children. Dispute Description: The cord was not near a sink, tub, water table or swimming pool which is what the was refers to.
