Observation

1) 0165(2) (c) - Back Big Pre School room had a light cord that can form a loop accessible to the children in care. 3) (3) (f) - Multiple cabinets (plastic) in most rooms and bathrooms were not secured to the wall and can fall on children. 4) 3 (g) - The flooring in the kitchen has multiple holes. Also the kitchen sink, (behind the sink) Some black mold was found. 5) 5 (b) - The outlers in the boys and girls bathrooms are not GFCI. 6) 5 (f) - The hallway has some christmas lights with a green extension cord that was being used for the entire inspection.
