Observation

2a) The toddlers were observed to put matchbox/hotwheel cars in their mouths which could pose a choking hazard and the wheels could come off. Matchbox/hotwheels cars are not intended for children under 3 years old. 2d) loose plastic bags were stored in an open bucket under the changing table in the bathroom. These were removed immediately when requested.
