110-300-0165(2)(c): Items with cords were observed in bathroom drawers without safety locks. 110-300-0165(3)(a): RottenProtruding nails were observed in multiple areas of the wooden playground structure. wood with splintered edges was observed in several parts of the wooden play structure. 110-300-0165(3)(c): A blue pole was observed lying flat along the fence at the back of the play area, with a visible crack on the third step. 110-300-0165(3)(g): A bench with flaking paint was observed along the fence near the swing play structures.
