Observation

2a) small magnets are on a white board placed on the ground, accessible to children. Removed immediately. 2c) a white speaker is placed on the floor, plugged into an outlet. The cord is accessible to children. Removed immediately 3g) a pink chair has a ripped surface and is stained. A book shelf is wobbly. vent in the bathroom is rusted with chipping paint. 5a) the room next to the front door has an outlet with shutters on it. One shutter is stuck in the open position, no longer automaticaly closing.
