Observation

There were many poisonous substances including laundry supplies and aersols accessible to children sitting on top of the washer and dryer in the space where the children's cubbies are located in through which the children pass to use the bathroom. These were removed to higher cabinets or to the garage at the time of the visit. The higher cabinets also need a locking or latching method to prevent child access.
