some staff that have been working longer than 3 months do not have all of the trainings required. 1 staff needs to take childcare basics or apply for educational exemption. some staff do not have child abuse/neglect training offered by the department. some staff need to take emergency prep training. some staff need to take children experiencing homelessness training. some staff need to take medication management training.
