-0165(2)(d) - Plastic bags were observed in two bathrooms on a level accessible to children. -0165(5)(b) - The outlets near every sink in the center were observed not to be equipped with GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) protection. - 0165(5)(c) -The charging cords observed in classrooms #3, #1, and #5, were located on a level accessible to children. - 0165(5)(d)(f) - It was observed that the electrical cords for the fish tank were plugged into an extension cord, which in turn was plugged into another extension cord. - 0165(5)(e) - It was observed that the surge protector was initially located on the top of the shelf in the classroom # 3 on a level accessible to children. During the visit, the director moved the surge protector behind the shelf, making it inaccessible to children.
