Observation

Licensor observed blinds with pull cords. Provider stated this has been previously approved as the pull cords were on a hook. Pull cords must be removed as they were not retrofitted. Licensor observed plastic bags inside of a bathroom cabinet that is accessible to children as cabinet did not have a lock. Bags were observed to be a roll of plastic trashbags. Trash bags were removed immediately during time of visit.
