Observation

Outlet plugs were unnecessarily in place on TR outlets. They are a choking hazard to toddlers. They were removed immediately upon my request. Window blinds are in place on bathroom window and window above kitchen sink. Plastic gloves and a plastic bag were observed to be accessible to children on the lower shelves of the diaper changing table. They were removed immediately upon my request. The kitchen and stove are accessible to children in care. Children may reach knobs and turn on burners.
